Two-year store warranty

Florida Kennel Supply provides a 2-year limited warranty for products sold through this store. Coverage begins on the product’s delivery date and lasts for 2 years. This written policy determines the store warranty provided with the purchased product.

This warranty is provided directly by Florida Kennel Supply. We review eligible claims and coordinate the approved repair, replacement parts, replacement product or other resolution described below.

What the warranty may cover

During the 2-year warranty period, this warranty covers verified defects in materials or workmanship that arise during normal use in accordance with the product’s operating, installation and maintenance instructions.

Florida Kennel Supply determines whether a claim qualifies after reviewing the available information. For an approved claim, we may provide troubleshooting, repair, replacement parts, a replacement product or, when repair or replacement is not reasonably available, a refund of the affected product’s purchase price. The remedy will be selected according to the nature of the verified defect and the available resolution.

Common exclusions

This warranty does not cover normal wear, consumables, scheduled maintenance, misuse, abuse, incorrect installation, unauthorized changes or repairs, accidents, corrosion, neglect, cosmetic damage that does not affect operation, or use outside the product’s operating instructions. It also does not cover damage caused by improper storage, inadequate maintenance or continued use after a fault becomes apparent.

Damage in transit

Shipping damage is handled separately from a warranty defect. Inspect delivery, document visible damage with the carrier, keep the packaging and pallet, take photographs and contact us within 48 hours. See the shipping policy and return policy.

Starting a claim

Send your order number, product name, model or SKU, serial number if available, a description of the problem and clear photographs or video. Do not ship the product, discard relevant parts or packaging, or commission outside repairs before receiving written instructions.

The claim may require reasonable troubleshooting, inspection, maintenance records or assessment by a service provider selected or approved by Florida Kennel Supply. Approved warranty parts, repairs and authorized shipping arranged by us are provided at no charge to the customer. Costs incurred without our prior written authorization are not reimbursable.
